Swatch Test

I am so terribly disappointed in this company. My swatch test looked good but the dye job was horrendous. I wanted an ombré blue look on the bottom of my dress and there are what look to be green splatters on the top in the white part and on the blue as well. The color blue that I wanted is not even present and I was told after weeks of going back and forth and not hearing from them for awhile that seems like the color isn’t taking.. you can see lines in it where they switched colors and it honestly looks like a toddler dyed it. Communication also horrendous and I was told I could get a partial refund and it has been weeks now. Terrible company do not recommend. Now i’m out $820. Save yourself the trouble and avoid at all costs.

Results came out great, can’t wait to see the final result.

The swatch test was helpful but I think the lighting could be a bit better. Maybe have the pictures taken outside in natural light and indicate that that is the case? I wasn’t sure if the burgundy color on one of my swatches was brown looking because that was the actual color or if it was just the light. Natalie sent me an image of the burgundy on tulle later that was much closer to the correct color. I think having better lighting would have saved some confusion and streamlined the communication.
