I usually don't leave reviews good or bad but I feel the need to leave one for this considering how much money was mostly wasted. The dress from afar ended up being beautiful but up close after reviewing the dress once it was back in my possession I discovered several yellow ish stains on my dress. Unsure if this happend during the color lift or how it got there but the stains were not there when I shipped my dress in the first place. Even more unfortunate, I didn't notice the stains until my wedding day. I paid for the "2 week rush" however, renegade recieved my dress on 09 Jan and I did not have the dress in my possession again until 30 Jan.... 1 day short of three weeks... so I'm upset I paid for a rush and didn't get my dress back in the time the rush was stated for. Wasted of money on that. Which brings me to my next dissapointmrnt in this entire experience..... communication. The communication with renegade was absolutely horrible. I didn't recieve any updates about my dress until 2 weeks after they recieved it, I called, left voicemails, texted, and emailed several times with no response. I also had my husband call, leave voicemails, and email. He too was ignored. As a last resort I had a friend of mine call and call and no suprise, no answer. For a company to obviously ignore a customer trusting them with her $3,,000 dress just blows my mind. The lack of communication was my biggest issue. Overall I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone unless they send their dress in months in advance, don't mind being ignored, dont mind possible stains on your dress, and don't bother paying for a rush since it's an absolute waste of money and you don't even get your dress back in the rush time frame. Giving 1 star because like I said from afar the dress looks great. Aside from that. Terrible experience that I hope no one else has to go through.
